The provision of RCM services is governed by separate written agreements between Revenue Synergy and each client. These Terms of Service apply to website usage and do not supersede or modify any client service agreement.
Revenue Synergy complies with HIPAA, HITECH, and applicable state healthcare privacy laws. Business Associate Agreements are executed with all covered entity clients prior to accessing any protected health information.
